"ROGANTE" YÖNTEMİ: ÖĞRENME SÜRECİNİN VERİMLİ ORGANİZASYONU İÇİN YENİ BASİT BİR YÖNTEM

Özet

En uygun öğrenme sonuçları, öğretilen konu öğrenci tarafından hatasız bir şekilde tanımlandığında, anlaşıldığında ve başarıldığında gerçekleşir. Bireysel bir öğrenme süreci, öğrenci tarafından kendi kendine ilham vererek ve doğal zihinsel süreçler yoluyla kendi yeteneklerini de dâhil ederek geliştirilmelidir. Bir öğrenme aracı olarak hizmet eden motivasyon ve ilgili fırsatlara ek olarak, çalışmanın ilk yazarı, öğrenme için motivasyon ve ilgiye ek olarak yeni bir yöntem geliştirmiş ve diğer yazar ise öğrenme ve hafızanın nörobiyolojisiyle ilgili önemli bilgiler sağlamıştır. Bu deneyimler, öğrenme deneyimlerini daha etkili hale getirmek için kullanılabilir. Bu yazıda, öğrenme ve çalışma planlaması ile ilgili mevcut bazı yöntemlerin gözden geçirildiği bir giriş bölümü sunulduktan sonra, yıllardır başarıyla denenmiş yeni ve basit bir yöntem sunulmuştur. Böyle bir yaklaşımın; öğrenme, sınavları başarıyla geçme, çalışılan teknik ve kültürel bilgilerin kalıcılığını sağlama ve edinilen bilgi zenginliğini gelecekteki profesyonel yaşamda verimli bir şekilde uygulama gibi temel amaçlara ulaşmak için geçerli olduğu kanıtlanmıştır.
